Scope limitations
Our services are delivered according to the scope, deliverables, assumptions and timelines agreed in writing for each engagement. Anything outside that scope, including work requested after delivery, is not included unless agreed through a change request.
No guarantee of results
We bring experience and a structured approach, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including markets, investors, users, regulators and how deliverables are used. We do not guarantee funding, revenue, growth, rankings, trading performance or any other specific business result.
Third-party dependencies
Many solutions rely on third-party platforms, APIs, cloud providers, brokers, exchanges and software. Their availability, pricing, terms and behaviour may change without notice, and we are not responsible for outages, changes or losses caused by them.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback; reviewing and accepting deliverables; securing credentials, keys and accounts in their control; obtaining their own legal, financial, tax and regulatory advice; and making their own business decisions based on our work.
Service-specific warnings
Strategy, financial models and business plans are based on assumptions and forecasts that may not materialise.
